Hiring: Social Media Specialist
About the Role
Creative Haus is seeking a Social Media Specialist to craft and manage compelling content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand (and our clients’ brands), creating engaging posts and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll work closely with our internal team and client-facing staff to develop social strategies, write and adapt copy for B2B and B2C contexts, and stay on top of emerging platform trends. This is a creative, hands-on role where you’ll own content scheduling, community engagement, and continuous improvement of our social presence.
Responsibilities
- Social Content Creation: Develop and curate content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. Write, edit, and adapt briefs to match different brand voices and formats (B2B, B2C, SaaS, etc.).
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Build and maintain a content calendar. Schedule posts and manage campaigns using Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram) and tools like Sprout Social or Asana.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social communities. Respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner, and foster positive conversations.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using platform analytics and reporting tools. Use insights to refine strategy and improve future content.
- AI & Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini) for brainstorming content ideas, drafting posts, and generating reports. Be proactive in testing new technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features. Proactively propose new ideas (challenges, formats, campaigns, etc.) to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, content creators, account managers, and clients to align on campaigns and brand messaging. Provide social media expertise to internal teams and communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Demonstrated success growing and engaging social communities.
- Platform Savvy: Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook best practices. Experience using Meta Business Suite (or similar dashboards) for scheduling and analytics. Bonus if you’ve used Sprout Social, Asana, or comparable tools.
- Copywriting Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English. Comfortable adapting tone for different audiences and formats.
- Analytical & Creative Mindset: Ability to interpret social metrics and translate data into actionable insights. Creative thinker who can blend brand strategy with innovative content ideas.
- Tech & AI Fluency: Enthusiasm for AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline content creation and reporting. Openness to learning new digital tools and social media technologies.
- Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate with diverse teams (design, marketing, client services) and manage client-facing interactions with professionalism.
- Flexible & Remote-Ready: Comfortable working a flexible schedule to cover social media needs. Able to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively across time zones (EST and MENA). Candidates within the MENA region are preferred.
- Language: Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
