Hiring – Graphics Designer
About the Role:
In this role, you will primarily work with our clients and our internal team designing graphics and internal materials. These include, but are not limited to, social posts and graphics, website graphics, pitch decks, and presentations. You will work closely with our Marketing and Client Leads as an integral part of a growing team and have opportunities to hone your skill set and explore new areas of design and creative industries.
This is a full-time position with a time commitment of roughly 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and apply brand guidelines accurately, with a keen eye for detail
- Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Schedule and prioritize projects
- Prepare and provide rough mock-up drafts and creative ideas for clients and Creative Haus’ digital channels
- Develop and design graphics from inception or provide templates
Note: Deliverables include but are not limited to social posts, web pages, marketing emails, banners - Design internal and client-facing presentations in Canva, InDesign, and PPT
- Ideate and execute advertising templates that can be streamlined across multiple projects
- Work with copywriters, editing team, and creative director to produce the final design
- Create multiple variations of a task and adapt based on ad performance
- Amend designs after feedback
- Organize and maintain file management
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio of graphic design
Note: Be sure to include a link to your portfolio when applying - Preferable 1-2 years experience and a great design eye
- Proven graphic design experience and understanding of design principles. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and how it applies to digital ads
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Able to adapt to a wide range of aesthetics and details across the entire client base
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Note: This role will start as a digitally remote position due to the current environment. When necessary and safe, the position may transfer to an in-office role or remain remote, depending on the circumstances.
