About the Role

  • Create engaging visuals: Design a variety of visual content for social media, websites, pitch decks, and presentations – including static graphics and dynamic content like motion graphics and short-form videos (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikToks, animated posts).
  • Collaborative creative process: Collaborate with our marketing and product teams as an integral part of our growing creative group, ensuring that all designs align with campaign objectives and product initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Brand-aligned design: Follow brand guidelines with keen attention to detail to ensure all visuals are on-brand and high-quality.
  • Conceptualize and execute: Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Develop initial mock-ups or drafts and iterate on ideas for various digital channels and client needs.
  • Project management: Schedule and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adjusting to feedback as needed.
  • Graphic and template creation: Develop original graphics from scratch or adapt templates as needed for different campaigns. Ideate and execute advertising templates that can be reused and streamlined across multiple projects.
  • Motion graphics & video content: Create engaging motion graphics and edit short videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.), using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to bring static designs to life.
  • Presentation design: Design compelling presentations and pitch decks using tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or PowerPoint, making complex information visually appealing.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, the social media team, and directors to produce final designs. Collaborate with marketing and product team members to align visuals with broader campaign messages and product features.
  • Data-driven iteration: Create multiple variations of ads/graphics and adapt designs based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve engagement.
  • Asset organization: Organize and maintain files and asset libraries, ensuring final graphics and layouts are saved appropriately and are easily accessible for future use.

Requirements

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work (please include a link), demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  • Experience: Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house), with a great eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Design expertise: Proven understanding of design principles and best practices (layout, typography, color theory, accessibility, etc.) across digital and print media.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro – with the ability to create and edit both static and motion content.
  • AI tool familiarity: Familiarity with emerging AI-driven design tools and features (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Runway, or Canva’s animation tools) and willingness to learn new technologies to enhance the creative process.
  • Adaptability: Versatility in visual style and tone – able to adapt designs to a wide range of brand aesthetics and client needs.
  • Communication: Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to work methodically, manage your time, and meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
  • Remote readiness: Able to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively across time zones (EST and MENA). Candidates based within the MENA region are preferred.
