Hiring: Digital Marketing Coordinator
We seek a detail-oriented and creative-minded individual to join our digital agency as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role involves managing various digital marketing projects and supporting the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, solid visual communication skills, and an ability to multi-task effectively. Additionally, we’re looking for someone with email marketing experience, including creating email briefs and developing lead-generation funnels. While minimal technical knowledge is required, a foundational understanding of how email campaigns fit into more extensive marketing strategies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Web
- Assist in the implementation, coordination, and completion of website marketing projects.
- Update and maintain the digital agency’s website and client e-commerce sites.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and a seamless user experience.
Social Media
- Support LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X (Twitter) social media efforts.
- Schedule and publish posts using Sprout Social, ensuring consistent, timely delivery.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Assist in creating email briefs and collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop email content.
- Coordinate email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture leads and engage audiences.
- Help design and manage lead generation funnels through email marketing, tracking campaign success using key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
Client Communication and Support
- Interact with clients to gather project requirements and provide progress updates.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and marketing communications.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, or web project coordination.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and a basic understanding of lead generation funnels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and web analytics platforms.
A basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
